Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living and implement personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide assistance with resident programs and work with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed timely. Address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while offering comfort, companionship, and belonging. Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred; current CPR and state CNA certification required. Must be at least 18 years old with basic computer skills. Part-time and full-time positions available at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
