Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the clinical team to ensure timely address of resident requirements. Deliver companionship and belonging to residents through assistance with resident activities and programs. Part-time and full-time positions available at Ashby Ponds, a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia. Minimum of one year of CNA/GNA experience and current state CNA certification required, with CPR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred
