Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care that addresses their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while assisting with activities of daily living and resident programs. Work with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed timely. Maintain current CNA certification for the state and CPR certification, with at least one year of experience preferred. Part-time and full-time positions available in Loudoun County, Virginia, with a competitive hourly range of $20 to $22.75 plus shift differentials. Required Qualifications
