Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living and implement personal care plans focusing on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide assistance with resident activities and programs while working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed timely. Address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of residents in a person-centered manner. Part-time and full-time positions available in Loudoun County, Virginia. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22.75 per hour plus applicable shift differentials. Minimum of one year of CNA/GNA experience preferred, with current state certification and CPR required.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred
