Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living, implement personal care plans focusing on their strengths and routines, and assist with resident programs. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the clinical team to ensure timely support. Maintain current state CNA certification and CPR certification, with at least one year of CNA/GNA experience preferred. Work part-time or full-time shifts at Ashby Ponds, a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia, earning $20–$22.75/hour plus applicable differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred
