Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living, implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship. Assist with physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs by working with the clinical team to ensure timely address of resident requirements. Provide assistance with resident activities and programs, ensuring all person-centered care needs are met. Schedule includes various options such as PRN, part-time, and full-time 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). Minimum of one year CNA/GNA experience preferred, with current CPR and state CNA certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
