Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the clinical team to ensure timely resident support. Deliver companionship and belonging to enhance resident comfort and participation in resident programs.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available all year for employment
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
