Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living, implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide assistance with activities of daily living and resident programs while working with the clinical team to address needs timely. Deliver person-centered care covering physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs to ensure comfort and belonging. Requires current Colorado CNA certification and CPR certification; full-time 12-hour night shift rotation with $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available all year for employment
