Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans that focus on strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the clinical team to ensure timely address of resident requirements. Deliver companionship and belonging through support of resident activities and programs. Requires current Colorado CNA certification and CPR certification, with availability for year-round employment. Night shifts include rotating 12-hour schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available all year for employment
