Job Summary
Support residents in all aspects of daily living by assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide person-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while working with the clinical team to ensure timely resident support. Deliver companionship and belonging through participation in resident programs and activities. Part-time and full-time positions available in Loudoun County, Virginia. Compensation ranges from $20/hour to $22.75/hour plus applicable shift differentials. Current CNA certification and CPR certification are preferred; minimum of one year of CNA/GNA experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred
