Job Summary
Support residents in activities of daily living, implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and routines. Provide physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical assistance while working with the clinical team to address resident needs timely. Offer companionship and belonging through resident programs and daily living support. This role is available as part-time or full-time positions at Ashby Ponds, a 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with current CNA certification and CPR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification is preferred
