Job Summary
Provide resident care to seniors in a memory care community, assisting with personal cares such as dressing, showers and baths, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Demonstrate kindness and dignity in interactions, document cares accurately, and follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies. Part-time evenings and overnight shifts. Active CNA license is required; prior caregiving experience is desirable. Willingness to train new employees and a drive to continually improve care skills. Edgewood emphasizes helping residents maintain independence and confidence.
