Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Provide direct patient/resident care under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The CNA completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, safe patient/resident care, communicates effectively with residents, families, and health team members, and supports the plan of care developed by the RN. Responsibilities include data collection, documentation of care, prioritization of tasks, and ensuring quality care across shifts.
