Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and toileting, while monitoring vital signs and tracking medications. Report changes in patient condition to the nurse or healthcare team and assist with medication administration as ordered by the physician. Maintain accurate records of patient care and collaborate with professionals to develop and implement care plans. Offer emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
