Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties include supporting daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating) and administering medications with routine vital checks; providing emotional support and companionship; communicating with residents, families, and the healthcare team; encouraging resident recreational and therapeutic activities; and adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. The role emphasizes health monitoring, patient-centered care, teamwork, compassion, and professionalism within a long-term care, skilled nursing setting in Iowa. Required Qualifications
