Job Summary
Perform patient care services including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care while participating in hourly rounds. Transport patients to treatment centers and assist with moving them between stretchers and wheelchairs. Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and instruments such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs. Keep unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed. Complete orientation and obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Join a team of over 44,000 nationwide providing critical illness recovery services to chronic, critically ill patients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
- BLS is required within 90 days of hire
- Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
