Job Summary
Support daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and medication administration. Deliver emotional support and companionship while monitoring resident health through routine vital checks. Interact with residents, families, and the healthcare team to foster a positive environment, and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities. Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe setting. Requires active Iowa CNA certification or ability to activate.
