Job Summary
Provide daily living assistance to residents in a 46-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Wapello, IA. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and medication administration; delivering emotional support and companionship; monitoring health through routine vital checks; communicating with residents, families, and the healthcare team; facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities; and adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. The role requires anActive Iowa CNA certification (or ability to activate) and emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate resident care.
