Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day Shift

Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral care, and personal hygiene needs. Help residents with meals, feeding, snacks, supplements, and hydration as directed by the care plan. Support mobility through walking, transferring, turning, and range-of-motion activities while safely using wheelchairs and mechanical lifts. Respond promptly to call lights and requests, then observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or skin integrity to the licensed nurse. Measure and record vital signs, intake, output, weights, and other assigned data. Document care provided and resident responses accurately within required timeframes. Maintain clean resident rooms and follow infection prevention and safety procedures. Communicate respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
