Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, including personal care such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care. Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices, change bed linens, and provide adequate hydration at regular intervals. Record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and food consumption; routinely turn and position residents as necessary. Prepare residents for meals, transport them to the dining room, and promptly answer call lights. Observe residents carefully to report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse and assist in collecting data for the MDS and plan of care. Available shifts are 7am-3pm.
