Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will prioritize resident service, ensuring the highest quality care for residents and their families. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), support residents with ambulation and transfers, and assist licensed nurses with various treatments and procedures. Confidentiality of resident care information is crucial, as is promoting a culture of safety in the living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
