Job Summary
Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Keep living areas clean, safe, and comfortable by preparing rooms with necessary supplies, toiletries, linens, and equipment. Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation. Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being while following all state, local, and federal healthcare regulations. Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide hands-on care that improves resident comfort and dignity. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active and unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
