Job Summary
Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility for residents. Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable rooms by preparing living areas with necessary supplies and equipment. Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team while accurately documenting all care provided and observations. Encourage resident independence, dignity, and social engagement while collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care. Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations strictly. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted CNA certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care
