Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Conduct regular direct care rounds on assigned units to monitor activity and ensure resident needs are met, including assisting with activities of daily living. Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by the charge nurse, while maintaining positive relationships with residents and notifying them of any condition changes. Complete all assigned duties and documentation, coordinate preparations for new admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit, and ensure infection prevention and control practices. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Full-time day and evening shifts (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm) require a CNA license in good standing.
