Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wildwood Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, IN. Full Time and Part Time positions available on all shifts, with PRN options and a new weekend option. Responsibilities include participating in resident reports at shift start/end, delivering personal/nursing care per the resident care plan, facilitating and conducting activities, responding to resident requests, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, and assisting with activities inside and outside the center. Requires completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program or eligibility to enroll and complete certification within 120 days; high school diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED (or equivalent)
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such program and graduate and pass state test within 120 days from date of employment
- Understanding of resident care procedures and standards
- Ability to provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan
- Ability to participate in resident reports at shift start/end
- Ability to monitor and respond to resident requests in a dignified and respectful manner
