Job Summary
Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with each resident's care plan; participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end; assist with activities and monitor/respond to resident requests in a dignified, respectful manner; maintain a clean, safe environment and assist in preparing residents for activities; document activities of daily living and other required records; comply with policies, infection control and quality improvement efforts; participate in ongoing training and orientation to maintain certification and elevate quality of care. Shift options include Full Time Day/Evening/Night, with wage opportunities up to $23.50/hour (premium weekend pay up to $27.50) and benefits such as tuition reimbursement, daily pay, uniforms, health plans, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Indiana CNA certification
