Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Clifton Springs, NY per diem. Provide high quality patient care in collaboration with the nursing team, assist residents with activities of daily living, transport to activities as needed, provide leisure activities, report observations, and offer emotional support to residents and families. Maintain a clean and safe resident environment, support families and coordinate with professional staff, and respond to resident requests in a timely manner. Per diem/As Needed schedule with a pay range of $21.12 per hour. Requires NY CNA certification and ability to perform required physical tasks.
