Job Summary
Prepare and administer medications, review care plans, and measure vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure. Assist residents with activities of daily living while observing behavior changes and reporting them to supervisors. Work varying shifts from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM in Bismarck, ND, earning between $19.50 and $24.25 per hour with pick-up incentives and weekend premiums. Maintain a current CNA or CMA license in North Dakota and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Must hold current, valid CNA/ CMA license in the state of North Dakota
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player who has a passion for Seniors and adapts quickly to changing situations
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
