Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs, help with mobility and transfers, and maintain accurate patient documentation. Respond promptly to call lights and provide emotional support while ensuring rooms remain clean and safe. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times. Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or long-term care settings. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available across day, evening, night, and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely
- Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience
