Job Summary
Conduct patient care and daily activities of living for residents at Capitol House in Baton Rouge, LA. Maintain current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant registration and possess dependable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance. Demonstrate a patient care orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work full-time or part-time shifts earning $14.00 - $16.50/hr plus a $2 shift differential, including 6 ghost hours per shift for the weekend program. Share in the organization's success through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that provides company stock at no cost.
