Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) and monitoring vital signs. Responsibilities include mobility assistance (repositioning bedridden patients to prevent pressure ulcers), observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the nursing team, maintaining a safe, clean environment with infection-control practices, supporting nutrition and hydration, and collaborating with the healthcare team for continuity of care and care planning. Requires CNA certification or recent CNA training, ability to pass background check and drug screening, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification valid in Michigan or completion of a CNA class within the last 2 years
