Job Summary
Provide personal care for residents under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and outings. Maintain organizational skills to keep the unit running smoothly while performing other duties as assigned. This role requires active CNA certification, a high school diploma, full COVID-19 vaccination, and the ability to lift patients and stand for long periods. The position offers a 4/2 rotating shift schedule with pay ranging from $21 to $23 per hour. Leadership development opportunities are available for team members.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Compassion towards residents and their families
- Organizational skills
