Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Bristol Hospice in Bend, OR. You will join an interdisciplinary team under RN supervision to perform personal care and vital tasks for hospice patients, including baths, feeding assistance, mobility/support, hygiene, meals, and documentation of care per plan of care. Requires CNA (and CA HHA where applicable) with CPR certification; strong communication, empathy, and ability to work autonomously in home settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm in Central Oregon with a 60-mile radius coverage area; full-time position with benefits and potential productivity bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in applicable states; California residents additionally require Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible工作 hours to align with patient care plans
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- Licensed driver with insured vehicle as required by state/organization
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check annually
- Ability to work autonomously and provide compassionate hospice care
- Experience in hospice or community health preferred (1 year recommended)
