Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. Engage and assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs). Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with the Nurse on updating their personal Resident Care Plan. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a positive attitude toward working with people. Current state certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA is required, with Medication Aide certification as a plus. Competitive hourly pay of $20.00-$23.00.
