Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff, assisting with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Observe residents for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and report them to nursing staff in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being while supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered services. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available with same-day pay and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
