Job Summary
Deliver direct care to residents and patients by assisting with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility. Monitor resident safety and condition during rounds, reporting changes in status or hazards. Support personal needs and comfort through laundry, meal preparation, and transportation tasks. Provide companionship and escort residents to dining areas while maintaining their dignity and independence. Complete new hire orientation and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Florida CNA license
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
