Job Summary
CNA in a skilled nursing setting with Eve shift options at Avamere Sunnyside (Salem, OR). Responsibilities include checking residents' personal care needs, reviewing and updating care plans, informing the nurse supervisor of changes, assisting with daily activities and transportation, fostering a warm and calm environment, ensuring rooms are prepared, participating in facility surveys, maintaining HIPAA confidentiality, and effectively communicating with nursing staff and administrators. Required Qualifications
- Have a 10th grade education or above
- Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
- Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents
- Must speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must have an active CPR/BLS Certification
