Job Summary
Provide hands-on daily care to residents in a skilled nursing environment; assist residents with daily activities, and transport to/from appointments; review patient care plans daily and communicate changes to the nurse supervisor; create and uphold a warm, patient, and cheerful environment; ensure rooms are ready for receiving, maintain confidentiality of resident care information per HIPAA; effectively communicate necessary resident information to charge nurses, director of nursing, and/or administrator; CNAs must meet the 10th grade education or higher, hold an active CNA license in Oregon, be fluent in English, and possess CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Have a 10th grade education or above
- Be a licensed certified nursing assistant CNA in this state
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must have a current and active CPR/BLS Certification
