Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avamere at Three Fountains in Medford, OR. Responsibilities include checking residents' personal care needs in accordance with their wishes, reviewing daily care plans for changes, informing the nurse supervisor of changes so they can be updated on the care plan, assisting residents with daily needs and transport to appointments, creating a warm, patient, enthusiastic environment, ensuring rooms are ready and comfortable, participating in facility surveys, maintaining HIPAA confidentiality, and communicating necessary information to charge nurses, the director of nursing, and/or administrator. Opportunities for growth, ongoing continuing education, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. Shifts available: Days (6a-2p) and Evenings (2p-10p); status: Full-Time and Part-Time.
Required Qualifications
- Have a 10th grade education or above
- Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must have an active CPR/BLS Certification
