Job Summary
Maintain effective communication with residents while assisting with mobility, bathing, hygiene, dressing, and toileting. Prepare rooms with necessary items, support residents during mealtimes, and monitor daily conditions to report changes promptly to licensed nurses. Respond to resident calls immediately and perform daily documentation of care provided before shift end. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care and maintain confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to on-call services. Full-time and part-time AM, PM, or NOC shifts available with a $2 shift differential for PM and NOC roles. Sign-on bonus up to $600. Current Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry certification required.
