Job Summary
Perform person-centered personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Maintain and protect resident confidentiality while exercising independent judgment to make sound decisions. Adapt to changing care needs and foster genuine connections within the community. This role requires current Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry certification and is open to candidates at least 16 years of age. Shifts include AM (6:00am–2:00pm), PM (2:00pm–10:00pm), and NOC (10:00pm–6:00am), with a $2 differential for PM and NOC hours. Sign-on bonuses up to $600 and pay based on experience are available. LindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community, offers assisted living, memory support, and skilled care services.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry

- Ability to relate well to all individuals
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
