Job Summary
Perform person-centered personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Maintain and protect resident confidentiality while exercising independent judgment to make sound decisions regarding daily needs. Adapt to changing care requirements and foster genuine connections within the community. This role supports a continuum of care including assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing at LindenGrove Mukwonago. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $600, a $2 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts, and tuition reimbursement for LPN certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
