Job Summary
Provide patient care and physical support for residents in an assisted living setting on an overnight shift. Responsibilities include answering calls, assessing how to help, ensuring diets align with restrictions and preferences, gathering information from physicians and nurses, tracking intake and outputs, recording vital signs, identifying issues requiring care, reminding residents to take medications and supplements, noting behavioral observations, and staying up to date with CNA training and facility policies. Requires CNA certification in New Jersey and CPR certification; prior nursing program completion; strong communication, independent working ability, and attention to hygiene and documentation. Location is Pennsauken, NJ; full-time overnight role.
Required Qualifications
- Current state CNA certification in New Jersey
- Current CPR (American Heart Association)
- Ability to think and work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using a computer
