Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide direct, resident-centered care in a Meridian transitional rehab facility, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility and transfers, vital signs monitoring, and documentation. Support residents during meals and dining services, promote independence and comfort, assist with admissions/transfers/discharges, coordinate with licensed nursing staff and therapists, engage residents in social and recreational activities, maintain infection control standards, and participate in ongoing training to enhance geriatric care skills. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to support recovery and create a positive, compassionate environment for residents.
