Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under nursing supervision, assisting with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report findings to nursing staff promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being while supporting the care team in delivering resident-centered services. Hold a current, active CNA license and valid BLS/CPR certification. Full-time and PRN shifts available from 7 am to 11 pm with daily pay and up to $1.50 shift differential. Join a collaborative team at a 127-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassion and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
