Job Summary
Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan while supporting the greatest possible degree of independence for patients. Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures per established policies. Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor. Maintain adherence to safety policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines. Full-time schedule from 2pm-10pm with PRN availability. Active TX Certified Nurse Aide License required.
