Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides direct physical and emotional care to residents in a home-like assisted living and memory care environment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, transfers and lifting, observing and documenting resident conditions, communicating during shift handoffs, following individualized care plans and HIPAA guidelines, maintaining a safe and respectful living environment, performing light housekeeping, greeting visitors, and assisting with tours as needed. Requires CNA certification and high school diploma; duties carried out on 2nd shift in Quincy, IL within Americare Senior Living's resident-centered care team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
