Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating while supporting the implementation of individualized care plans. Engage residents in social activities and community events to foster a healthy and active lifestyle, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and overall well-being. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the care team. Join Elm Crest Senior Living Community's nursing team, which earned a deficiency-free Health Survey for 2026. Full-time and part-time positions available on shifts ranging from 6:00am–6:00pm to 6:00pm–6:00am, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while effectively communicating with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
