Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Americare Senior Living provides direct physical and emotional care to residents in a home-like Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Fairview Heights, IL. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meals, transfers and lifting with two-person lifts when required, observing, documenting, and reporting resident care, coordinating shift handoffs, following individualized care plans, maintaining safety and confidentiality per HIPAA, performing light housekeeping, greeting visitors, and supporting residents’ dignity and comfort. Requires active CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work 2nd/3rd shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation; CPR training and medication facilitation training provided.
