Job Summary
Provides direct resident care under supervision of Nursing Manager, Supervisor, RN, LPN and is ultimately responsible to the Director and the Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable. Performs tasks essential to the direct care of residents according to facility policy and procedures; assists with hygiene, appearance, safety, and nutritional needs; documents in the EMR care, ADL, and resident behaviors; follows universal precautions and infection control; ensures resident privacy and dignity; contributes to maintaining residents' functional status.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
